Please contact the seller directly if you have a question about an item/order on the site.

If it is an Inquiry on a specific product, Go to product page >click AsK a Question

For general inquiry contact the shop/seller  from the shop page> Go to the shop page.>On the right-hand corner you will find inquiry button. Store list page  can be found on the footer.

Go to Store list page on the footer> Search.

Customer can:

  • View shipment status of their ordered item
  • Have Tracking URL to check status in detail.
  • On receiving an item, “Mark as Received” as well


Go to Order page> Tracking code will be visible at order details page of each order.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalized, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.


Go to Dashboard>Order> Refund.
