If you are not satisfied with the product you ordered and want to return it, then you will succeed! We want you to be happy with your purchase. You have 14 days to familiarize yourself with the products to make a purchase decision.
Order returnYou can return your order or part of it within 14 days of receipt in the condition in which it was received and all parts included in the product are stored. This means that the product must not be damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than as agreed) and the labels and markings must be in place. Please remember to return all parts, including the operating instructions. If the returned product has been used in violation of the buyer’s statutory duty of care, Nordiina has the right to charge a write-down up to the full price of the product.
Products with a seal are only considered unused if the seal is still intact. Unopened products cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.
Fill out the return form
Returning from Finland and abroad is free and easy. To return the product, fill in only the one that came with the product return by and put it with the product to be returned in the package. Pack the product carefully so that it is notdamaged during transport.
Glue the finished package card that came with the shipment to the return envelope or returnable package. Be sure to ask for a receipt for the return. The receipt is proof of return of the shipment, so keep it for at least 3 months. If you have lost the included package card, please contact us to arrange a return.

If you ordered delivery to Posti’s parcel machine and kept the pick-up code, you can make a return from the same machine. Return via parcel machine is valid for 14 days from delivery. You will no longer receive a separate receipt for the return from the parcel machine.
You can return travel service packages to their package point.
Please note that refunds will be sent by second class mail. During peak times, the return receipt and processing may be delayed.
You can always return the purchase you made and paid for from our online store to the NORDIINA Store in Helsinki. In this case, bring the receipt that came with the order and the return notice. Crediting an e-commerce order will be done separately according to the payment method you use.
Refund of the order NORDIINA will refund the value of the order or returned products to the customer using the payment method used for the order. If the customer cancels the order of the product, the price paid by the customer will be refunded for the product, even if the price of the product has changed later.If you return your order, we will charge a shipping fee of € 7.90 for the return of the order. We will process your return without delay and however within 14 days at the latest.
Non-retrievable packagePlease note that failure to collect the purchased goods is not a valid legal cancellation. We charge a separate fee of € 15 for the costs incurred by our company for deliveries that have not been picked up at the office without notice of cancellation.
Damaged productIf the product has been damaged during transport, take photos of both the packaging and the product and send the information to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Wrong or defective product If you have received a wrong or defective product, we are really sorry about it and want to take care of it right away! So contact us either by email : email@example.com or by phone +358 123456 (Mon-Fri 10-19).
If you want to change the product you ordered, for example, to another size or color, return the product you ordered earlier and place a new order.
