We hope you will love your new shoes but we understand sometimes things don't work out.
Return your unworn shoes within 28 days of receipt for a full refund. Your refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt via your original payment method.
We will accept returns on all unworn shoes in the same condition as you received them. We appreciate you need to try on your new shoes but please do this on a carpeted floor as we will not be able to accept returns on any shoe that has a damaged sole or has been worn outside. Please also return the shoebox in the same original condition for a full refund, any defacing or extensive damage to the box will result in a partial refund to cover the cost of a new box.
Unfortunately we are not able to offer free returns but this is something we aim to offer in the future.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 working days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.

We are happy to exchange the same style for a different size and will post it out to you for free. If you need to exchange it for a different size of the same style, please fill out the packing form included with your purchase stating the new size required and post back to us in the original packaging, or a similar protective packaging. Once received and inspected we will then send you out the new size next day delivery.
If you change your mind and want to exchange your shoes for another style please send them back to us and order your new pair as a new order.
